SKIP MADE MY EASY HONEY WHEAT BREAD

“Just made this and thought I’d thank you for a super easy to make recipe. I did make a slight change in using nothing but whole wheat flour and a very light wash on the top at 5 minutes left with the tent off for the last 5 mins. I use a small counter top Oster convection oven and it came out a tad dark but it’s the same darkness and crust firmness the store bought whole wheat bread I normally buy is, so it’s just the way I like it. Many Thanks!”

“Hi Jenny!  🌺 I made your ENGLISH MUFFINS for a nice and fresh version of muffins instead of store bought ones. I do bake quite a bit of your bread and roll recipes and they always come out wonderful! So…..why not do your ENGLISH MUFFINS TOO?! Guess what…..they came out great!! 👌 I added some raisins, golden raisins and cranberries to half of the dough. I also added cinnamon to that half. The second half I left plain for just a regular English muffin. These muffins have a very nice texture…..a yummy breakfast or snack. Talk about some nooks & crannies, lovin’ these beauties. On the plain one I added a poached egg with a sprinkling of pepper and a glass of cranberry juice. The cinnamon raisin muffin went with a choice of peanut butter or cherry preserves with a cup of coffee.
Thank you for another tasty recipe Ms. Jenny!  Happy Baking!  🙂”

~ Thank you for another lovely photo. I am making these today myself. ~ jenny

The first thing I really liked about this recipe was the number of ingredients I needed, only 5 ingredients. I did add almonds to my macaroons, so 6 ingredients for me. Still, not bad, I was done combining everything in no time at all. I used my small cookie scoop to form my macaroons. The texture was so good, nice and moist with a good chew to them. You definitely know your sweets…..YAY YOU!! 👌 This recipe is a keeper, it’s nice and easy with limited ingredients. But mainly because these macaroons taste great! Happy Baking! 😊”

LYNN MADE MY NO KNEAD RYE BREAD

“Happy Friday, Jenny. This is a phone-photo of your caraway rye loaf, made yesterday. I just wrote a reply to one of your followers who had trouble making this loaf — sticky center. I didn’t get that result, but I read all the comments carefully beforehand and was on the lookout to avoid the sticky center issue. Made a few suggestions from my experience and said I would post a photo on your site’s blog page. This loaf has big flavor, almost a little sour-sweetish, plus arromatic with caraway. Nice texture. Again, dziękuję bardzo, Jenny! D. Lynn C. SilVal, CA.”

DALILA MADE MY APPLE PIE INTO HEART HAND PIES

“Hi Jenny! I was in a baking mood…(again…😊 )……so I decided to bake some hand pies for 💖 Valentines Day. 💘 I used your recipes for HOMEMADE APPLE PIE, both came out great again. The dough was easy to shape, no problem at all. This time to my apple pie filling I added some craisins, a wonderful combination. I baked some with a dusting of turbinado sugar and the others were drizzled with a vanilla glaze. Talk about a handful of yumminess, they were a hit! 😍 Thank you Jenny!  ❤️️Happy Valentines Day!!❤️️”

~ Your are both skilled and creative. Happy Valenine’s Day back to you. ~ jenny

PAUL MADE MY CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD

“I trust your recipes so much I looked up the recipe for cinnamon swirl bread and tried it as an experiment.  Ate the whole loaf before it cooled. I made your recipe that Friday night, two loaves, for a charity sale … perfect.  Followed the recipe to the letter. Monday I made two loaves in less than 2 hours.  I added a milk wash on top after baking and more cinnamon sugar.  Sooooo happy. ~ Amables saludos, Pablo Prescott, Jubilado en el Paraiso.”

DALILA MADE MY 20-MINIUTE PIZZA DOUGH

“Hi Jenny! Happy Friday which means it’s pizza night for us. I made your 20~MINUTE PIZZA DOUGH recipe for dinner. I made two 8″ pizza’s with that recipe. I let the dough rest for about 40-45 minutes while I was busy getting my other ingredients ready. The dough came out great, so easy to form into two small pizza’s. I topped them with onions, red peppers, black olives, small diced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. 🌟They were DELICIOUS!! WONDERFUL!!🌟 The dough baked up nicely, a bit crispy because I left them in a little longer, we like our pizza that way. Another simple and fast dinner idea, THANK YOU Ms. Jenny!! Have a nice weekend! Happy Cooking!”

~ Your pizzas look really good, better than most restaurants. Thank you for the photo. ~ jenny
