MARK MADE MY NO FASTER KNEAD BREAD

“Jenny Jones, we have a problem”……this is WAAAY too good and WAAAY too easy! So much for swearing off bread!! Measured everything by weight using KA’s bread flour. Was probably a bit ‘heavy’ on the yeast, but no issue. Added 1+ tbsp of organic honey as last ingredient before it rested for 3 hours, then patted it out and sprinkled some cinnamon-butter-sugar-flour before the final roll-up. Will make wonderful French toast, but probably won’t last that long! Tomorrow ….another day…..another loaf.”

“Wow!!! I was so surprised as to how good my first apple pie came out. I even treated myself to my own personalized pie dish and waited two years to do it!!! Duh!! I gave my husband an option, if he wanted a healthier apple pie or the fattening kind. And he wanted no butter style. I’m so glad he picked yours. We will never buy store bought pie again. The dough wasn’t big enough to lie over the edges so I did the old nip and tuck and didn’t even burn without anything covering it up. This pie plate was bigger then the average I think. I love your healthy ways and am looking through your recipes for the next one to make. Can’t wait… Thank you, Michele Mastrangelo.”

“Hi Jenny! Have loved your videos for awhile now and was finally brave enough to try the no-knead bread about a week ago. My water was probably too hot and I forgot to preheat my dutch oven with the oven. Husband loved it, but without knowing what I did wrong, my son told me he could do better. I’ll spare you photos of my pale dense flop but am attaching photos of my 15 year old son Brady’s beautiful loaf. I showed him your video and gently supervised, he did the rest, even ignoring my advice to “stop jabbing the dough so much”. “Hi Jenny! I just wanted you to know that last weekend I made my husband an all Polish meal. I had never made anything Polish in my life and since my husband is Polish, I thought it might be fun. (I have also never even tasted anything Polish) I am Italian and so that is my preferred menu. I “Googled” Polish food and your youtube came up. I can’t tell you how easy you made making stuffed cabbage rolls. I watched your vid about four times and then made then without a hitch. They were delicious. “Pics of potato Pancakes at the start of frying, in an electric skillet; and a pic of the finished pancakes with the rest of dinner: Kielbasa and Sauerkraut, Mustard, Applesauce, Sour Cream served on the side to take care of individual taste sensibilities. As you can see, I use a less oil than many recommend. Still it needs to be there for the pancakes to finish brown and crispy. I get four generous pancakes from two potatoes. ~ David Kapral.”

“Hi Jenny! 🌷I made your EASY WHOLE WHEAT APPLE CAKE for a dessert to share with friends. OMGoodness!! Talk about a wonderful after dinner treat…..YAY!! I did offer my cake with a side of low-fat vanilla ice cream for those who wanted it. First let me tell you how easy it was to make this cake…..it was EASY….LOL! I did make mine in a 9″ spring-form pan because I decided to slice some apples for the top. Presentation is always a big hit with my friends. I used applesauce instead of oil, worked like a charm. 👌 Cake was so nice and moist and the taste was deeeelish! I also brushed the top of my cake with some sugar-free apple jelly to give it a shine. Needless to say there were no leftovers, not even a crumb was left. 😁 I highly recommend making this easy apple cake, you will definitely please your family and friends. Hi Jenny, I baked your wheat bread. I guess my pan is slightly larger than yours. The egg was cold and the milk not quit as hot as it should have been. It took an hour and a half to reach an inch over the edge. But after 30 mins on 190centigrade, I think it’s not too bad for a first attempt. MELBA MADE MY OATMEAL BANANA BREAKFAST MUFFINS

“Hi, Jenny, your recipes are an inspiration! Thank you!! I hope you don’t mind, I took a chance and made a few tweaks: for topping= Kind Healthy grains cereal-Vanilla Blueberry clusters; for 3/4 c all-purpose flour= 1/4 c King Arthur gluten-free flour, 1/4 c almond flour, 1/4 AP flour, 1 TBSP ground flax seed; for 1/4 c vegetable oil=1/4 c of melted butter; for 1/3 c sugar= 1/3 c real maple syrup, 2 really ripe bananas; for pecans= I sprinkled organic pumpkin seeds over the topping before baking. I was holding my breath. They came out moist, not overly sweet, and delicious. Knowing you are constantly updating your recipes gave me the courage to take a chance. Thank you so much!”
