“Thanks for recipe.  It comes in handy during these trying times and I look forward to making in the upcoming Fall and Winter months.  My first loaf didnt turn out but I’m gonna have to blame it on being distracted by 3 yr old kitchen helper and adding too much water.  My 2nd loaf was beautiful and yum.  Dough a little dry but I did not aerate  Bread was dense but like I said yum.  Will continue to try minor adjustments till I get to how I like.  Again thanks.”

“Thank you for this 20 minute pizza dough recipe.  It is my go to recipe when having company in a pinch.  It is so quick and easy and shapes up perfectly.  I did this one in a square so we could all share. It has shrimp, scallops, red onion,  kalmata olives, baby spinach, garlic and a san   marizano sauce with 4 cheese.  Thank you again.  Your recipes are always helpful and oh so delicious ❤”

Photo of the Month (August)

Apple Cinnamon RollsThis photo sent me to the store to buy apples just so I can try this version of my cinnamon rolls. Dalila, who clearly loves baking and has some mad skills, added apples and pecans to my recipe and it looks amazing. “I added some diced apples to the filling and also some pecans,” she wrote.  “Topped the apple cinnamon rolls with some more chopped pecans before baking.
