“Hi Jenny:  I made your delicious carrot cake the other day.  I added crushed walnuts to the batter and after it was baked I sliced the cake in half and spread a layer of your cream cheese icing with walnuts sprinkled on top and then iced the outside of the cake with the remaining icing and topped it with walnuts again.  Your desserts are so heavenly that they deserve to be photographed as such so when I can I add a splash of colour to go with them.
