CARMEN MADE MY 2-HOUR NO KNEAD BREAD
“Thank you so much for this quick bread recipe. It was easy to make. The only thing I changed was that I added 2 teaspoons of salt instead of one. A friend mentioned that she did a recipe (not this one) and it used 1 teaspoon of salt and it came out bland. So I decided to add the extra salt and all I can say is YUMMY. Thanks again!”
– That looks fantastic! Thank you so much for the photo and for the reminder that you can use more salt. – jenny
JIM MADE MY CRUNCHY OATMEAL BANANA MUFFINS
“I always have to double any of your recipes because they are so good & healthy! Thank you 🙏. Doubled these muffins this morning and I use a little cinnamon (I love cinnamon) and I use walnuts for a little healthier nut. GREAT 👍😊
Jim – 77 years young.”
– Thank you for your photo and for sharing your details. I sometimes use a mix of pecans & walnuts. – jenny (- 75 years young)
AGNIESZKA (from Poland) MADE MY LEMON BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
“Hi Jenny, Greetings from Poland. I made the delicious lemon blueberry muffins and they came out great. Thanks for your recipe. Really easy to follow.. Best regards, Agnieszka.”

PATRICIA MADE MY NO KNEAD BREAD
“My contribution to your wonderful recipes. It reminded me of the fantastic bread I eat when in France. I baked it in my antique French cast iron Dutch oven! What a treat and even with garlic cloves folded in before rising it is supremely delicious. ❤️ Thanks for sharing this recipe Jenny. 😍”
– That looks divine and I love the idea of adding garlic. I would use that to make “double” garlic bread! – jenny
MIL (from Canada) MADE MY BRAIDED CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD
“Hi Jenny I made your Braided Cinnamon Raisin Bread and it turned out wonderful as usual. A friend of mine was a little down and out so I thought I would cheer her up with one of your fabulous recipes and it certainly brightened her day. As I mentioned before, baked goods work wonders to lift spirits and I thank you for sharing your talents with all of us. If you look to the left of the picture almost at the top you will see a beautiful bumblebee collecting pollen. I wasn’t the only one that was busy working. I had great company. Take care.
Mil from Canada.”
– Thank you very much for another lovely photo and for making your friend (and your bee) very happy. – jenny
SU (from the UK) MADE MY LEMON BROWNIES
“Hi Jenny. I live in the UK and this is the first time I have cooked using cups. Look ok. I used foil backed parchment to make the tin smaller as the smallest I had was 10×10 inches. ~ Su.”
MIL (from Canada) MADE MY ALMOND FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
“Hi Jenny: I made your Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies but instead of using chocolate chips and because I didn’t have pecans, I doubled up and used toasted walnuts. As is true for all your recipes they are so good and so easy to make. I just love to bake and the summer for me is the best time to bake. I don’t work through the summer so I indulge in my love of baking. Truth be told, I share a lot more than I keep. Baked goods are gifts that seem to put smiles on people’s faces which in turn makes the baker happy. Thank you, thank you for sharing your recipes. ~ Mil from Canada.”
