I’m enjoying baking with my sourdough starter and was hoping you could help me with an equivalent SD bread recipe to your “Fastest 2-hour No Knead Bread” recipe? I’m just not sure how to sub out SD starter for the flour/water amounts in your (Fastest) recipe?
