Easy Lemon Brownies

I love love love this simple, easy recipe! One bowl. No butter. No cleanup. And you get moist, delicious, and very easy lemon brownies… Everything in one bowl, mix and bake.  And you can use either canola or extra light olive oil. Click here for my healthy recipe. – Jenny Jones

    is the oil 2 or 3 tablespoons… ??? your video is different than the printd recipe.. thanks!

      I checked and there is no discrepancy. Both the printable recipe and video call for 3 tablespoons of oil.

    Jenny, these brownies are amazing!!! What a flavor burst! Mike’s comment was “Oh my God, these are awesome!!!” I made them last night and I used the left over fresh lemon juice in my green tea this morning. They taste as great as they look!! You rock my sista!!!

    Wow these look so light to be brownies but I’m sure they are very filling. I will have to make these soon. I still have to make those cabbage rolls. I was a little under the weather my off days this week and all I ate Tuesday was crackers and gatorade. Had a fever and chills. Not a good day. But I’m with Sue, I like things tart and these lemon brownies look delicious. I would say you did very well trying to get them to perfection and I’m so glad that you did. I think you can turn any food bad for you into something healthy…
