Hi Jenny, I was able to freeze these uncooked tortillas (seperated them with parchment paper, and stored in freezer bag). I used butter instead of canola oil as I found butter made for softer tortillas. Now, whenever I want a freshly cooked tortilla I just remove from freezer, place on cast iron pan and that’s it!
