Mediterranean diet lowers risk of heart attack, stroke

This was the lead story on the national news last night. I’ve always believed in the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and the research is compelling. These healthy meals include olive oil, nuts, fish, fruit, vegetables, and a glass of wine every day. I won’t say I told you so but I might have a glass of red wine to celebrate!

I saw this too Jenny. You really know your stuff when it comes to health. I’m glad you’re not one of those who go overboard with staying healthy and fit. I’m not gonna lie but I have tried diets and they are starting to scare me more and more. Eating healthy and in moderation and to exercise is what we all need to learn to do and just leave diets alone. Btw Jenny, may I also have a glass of red wine please? 🙂
