    Jenny, did you make the beautiful eggs? My sister went to Poland about 18 years ago and bought each of us 1 of them. I still have them, and put them out at Easter, I love them, such beautiful art! Happy Easter week;)

    I made your no knead bread a couple of weeks ago and it came out perfectly. It was sooo delicious. I went exactly by your recipe.
    Well, today I tried to make the no knead rolls…not so lucky…they came out a little doughy in the middle, didn’t brown well.
    2 things…I used gluten free flour and hot tap water. I don’t think it was the flour, but it may have been that the tap water wasn’t hot enough…idk…I will try making them again. I won’t give up! 😁😉

      From my experience I think it was the gluten free flour. Try them next time with all purpose or bread flour and I think you’ll be pleased.

    Beginner baker and was wondering if rapid rise yeast and fast rise yeast the same thing. Don’t want to make and use wrong ingredients and it not turn out.
