You are such a treasure. Makes me very happy and peaceful and joyful to coem to your blog and to your YouTube videos. Thank you! Every good wish to you
I have been making meringue cookies for years…my Mother-in-law taught me how to make her recipe for forgotten cookies. This cookie has chocolate chips in them and they are are called “forgotten” because after you place them in the heated oven…you turn off the oven and leave them alone until the next day. I have found that lining the baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil is better for easy removal of the cookies. Your video doesn’t show you removing them from the parchment paper…I wish you had included that step.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve watched every one of your videos. -Printed off around 80% of your recipes to make. It started with bread. It’s been so fun to watch them all. Love your humor! Thank you so much for sharing all of that with us! Healthier, easier to cook and with such grace. You are a beautiful woman, inside and out, and you make this world a lot brighter. Bless you Jenny. Thanks again for all that you do!
