   Just a comment, it might change your thinking about cholesterol and fats….my son and wife are very involved in eating well. She (is/was) lactose intolerant.

   He told me I HAD to watch, THE MAGIC PILL. It’s on utube. I watched with him. It puts a whole new spin on what happened and WHY we are sick and fat. It started back in the kids ‘50’s. I was born in 1950, just younger than you.

   Please watch it when your busy schedule permits. It’s 90 mins.
