And there’s no reason why a quick and easy meal can’t still be healthy. My prize recipe here is probably my quick mac & cheese. It’s kid-friendly and family-friendly. Who doesn’t love macaroni and cheese? My recipe is quick and easy and low fat and oh…. I almost forgot…. delicious!!
For a super healthy quick dinner, you can’t do much better than my salmon patties made with canned salmon for a fast and easy meal. And don’t even talk to me about my simple garlic bread recipe. Try it once and you’ll wonder what that orange stuff is they serve in the restaurants.
