Rachel, here are the ingredients in the smoothie: blueberries, orange, strawberries, mango, banana, and water. In looking back at the smoothie, I would add some plain yogurt to this smoothie because fruit contains a lot of sugar. But if you’re looking to get some vitamins in your system, I would recommend vegetables over fruit. Since sugar is not an issue you can eat as many servings of vegetables as you can handle. The newest research indicates that vegetables are more vital to good health than fruit. So if you’re into smoothies, try making some green smoothies with spinach or kale, carrots, beets, etc. And also be sure to include some healthy oils in your diet to moisture your skin, like olive oil. And of course, for dry skin use the most hydrating moisturizer you can find. Cerave makes some really good products and they are sold in most drug stores. I hope that helps.
