~ I have the same problem – disappearing doughnuts! Thanks for your photo. ~ jenny

YOLI MADE MY CHOCOLATE LOAF CAKE
“Thank you for the  delicious chocolate loaf cake recipe. Made it today. Is it ok to put the rest of the walnut on top.”

“p.s. You were absolutely right. Few extra walnut on top could weight it down. I made another loaf and it was one inch higher. You were so gracious in your correction and advice. Love ALL you recipes Jenny.”

~ Too many walnuts could weight it down but it looks like yours turned out great. Thank you. ~ jenny

ANGELA MADE MY NO KNEAD BREAD
“Your fabulous bread! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Dear Jenny, Unfortunately I cannot find the different photos I have from the many times I’ve made your fantastic bread. Ive got several Le Crueset casseroles and overtime the bread comes out marvellous. Here´s one of the photos of my bread. Thank you and please keep those recipes coming!!! Warm regards, Angela Grimaldi-Roodenburg. (ps. I’ve made it both with organic white flour and other times with 100% spelt organic flour as in the photo.)”

~ That crust looks beautiful. And thank you for sharing your alternate flours with us. ~ jenny

NURIA MADE MY DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES
“I just stumbled on your blog while looking for butter-free brownies. I read the recipe here and was hmmm IDK but the video on YT was most convincing! Anyhoo, I made two substitutions to the recipe:1) I used coconut oil instead of regular oil bc I find it never leaves oily taste in baked goods and 2) I used gluten-free flour*, same amount as all-purpose. They came out great! So chocolatey and fudgey! *(I use a mix of 3 parts rice flour, 3 parts manioc starch, 4 parts corn starch, and for baking I add 1/2 tsp xantan gum per flour cup) Also, I used the same paper on which I sifted the dry ingredients to line the baking pan! (mine is about 15×25 cm – ~6×10”) Will be checking for more recipes! Thanks!”

~ It’s nice that you shared all your details for anyone else wanting to make changes. Thank you. ~ jenny

As I was looking on YouTube, your video looked the best, and I don’t know how many times I watched your video on how to make them. Hahaha!  I decided to make the Polish Chrusciki, and all of my other class mates loved them. They were so delicious, easy, and fun to make. 🙂 I am now hoping to make your Cinnamon Rolls for my next project!”

OLD BOB MADE MY PAN PIZZA IN HIS CONVERTED WEBER PIZZA OVEN
“I have 22″ Weber kettle BBQ that I converted to a pizza oven. It works great for the standard pizza dough cooked on a stone. Using indirect heat with wood, the chamber reaches over 700 degrees.I decided to try it with your Pan Pizza recipe using the cast iron skillets, which is my favorite pizza for my regular oven. For a group I prepared four batches of dough. I prepared 4 cast iron skillets with oil and the dough. At cooking time, I prepared one pan at a time per the recipe. After the 3 min stove top warming, I placed each pizza in the Weber, One by one, they turned out great. The only change from your recipe was adding several more minutes to the baking time and I had to rotate the pan as it baked.”

~ Bob, you are so kind to share your invention with everyone. Thank you. ~ jenny

DALILA MADE MY DINNER ROLLS
“Hi Jenny! 🙂 I decide to try your recipe for your dinner rolls for tonights dinner. I’m so glad I did, they came out soooo fluffy and soft! Thank you for another tasty recipe Ms. Jenny! Happy Baking!🌼”

KYLE MADE MY EASY ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE CAKE
“Hey Jenny, I decided to bake a cake for my brother’s birthday. Found your recipe and gave it a whirl. It was my first time baking a cake and I went big with 2 cakes layered, instead of a single one. The cake was super moist and the frosting went perfectly with the cake. My family certainly enjoyed it as well. Not the prettiest frosting job, but like you said, “If they smell good and don’t have flies landing on them, they’re okay with me.” Can’t wait to try more of your recipes! – Kyle from Florida.”

~ Your frosting is perfect. That’s exactly what mine looks like. Thanks for sharing. ~ jenny

“Hi Jenny, I just needed to let you know that my 12 yr old daughter saw this recipe and wanted to make this for the county fair (minus the raisins) and it turned out so fantastic that she received a blue ribbon.  She has made this 3 times now and has her grandma requesting this as well!  Thank you for sharing this recipe! This photo was taken right after my 12 yr old daughter Dahn iced the bread so it’s a bit messy. But it was delicious and still beautiful.”

DALILA MADE MY MUFFINS
“Hi Jenny! I made muffins using your recipe for PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS with a change. Your recipes ALWAYS turn out great for me that I decided to play with this one. I used shredded zucchini instead of the canned pumpkin. Seeing that I didn’t use canned pumpkin I omitted the nutmeg and added vanilla extract. I ran out of my whole grain pastry flour so I used all purpose flour only. Added some sugar for sweetness, sorry, couldn’t help myself, I do love my sweets! And wah-lah….Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins!  Thank you Jenny for inspiring me to experiment in my baking adventures with you, you are a “Baking-Star”!!  Have a fabulous day! Happy Baking! 😊”

I adore your humor and can’t wait to try another of your recipes.  Here is a photo of my pizza. CAROL MADE MY PUMPKIN PIE
“Dear Jenny, I thought you would get a kick out of my pumpkin pie adventure.  I followed your video exactly until it came time to find the right sized pan.  I could only find a too big pan, as you can see.  Did fine putting the filling together, then while putting the dough together mistakenly used water instead of the oil!!!  Hey, I’m old (76) but I do try.  So, never to throw away something like this, just added some olive oil, thinking Jenny said “lite” and I only have regular.  That made it lite, right!!! *O)   Rolling it out was quite the adventure as it truly stuck to the wax paper.  Just added a little flour here and there and got it off and into the pan/bowl.  The dough was way up on the edge of the pie bowl so I just rolled the pie dough down the inside of the pie bowl like an old pair of stockings, thinking this will NEVER WORK.  It did stay up, I guess from the weight of the filling.  Have not tasted it yet but the pumpkin pie aroma is heavenly!  It’s still hot and I wanted to tell you this story before dementia sets all the way in!  Worse comes to worse I have pumpkin pie pudding and I’ll go out tomorrow or on the internet and find a proper, larger pie pan!  THANKS JENNY and keep up the good work.”

~ Well you are no quitter, and in spite of everything it still looks pretty good.  ~ jenny

CHET IS SHARING HOW HE RISES DOUGH
“Hi Jenny, I am using a turkey cooker to rise my dough. I have found that this method works well as the ambient house temperature during winter days fluctuates. There are two vent holes in the cover of the cooker, I have enlarged one of the vent notes to allow a thermometer to be placed to monitor the temperature. I have found this method gives me the best and consistent results.”

~  Thank you for sharing this innovative idea. ~ jennyJenny Can Cook

“Hi Jenny! I am in rib-heaven thanks to your ‘FANTASTIC’ recipes!! YAY YOU!! I made your homemade BBQ sauce, your homemade dry rub and followed your instructions for your oven-baked ribs…..AWESOME!!! All three of your recipes that I made were easy to follow. The one small change that I made was that I used boneless-pork ribs. I didn’t have any bone-in pork ribs so I substituted those for what I did have in my frig. The ribs were soooo moist, tender and flavorful. I served our ribs with a side of pineapple coleslaw and rolls. Talk about an appetizing dinner that not only looks great, it also made my taste buds dance with joy!! JANA MADE MY NO KNEAD BREAD, CRUSTY ROLLS & WHITE BREAD
“Hi Jenny! Hello from Seoul, South Korea! I am Czech, living temporarily in South Korea. I have discovered your recipes few months ago and I cannot explain how happy I am. As a Czech, I love my bread, bread rolls, poppy seed rolls etc. everything that is impossible to find here. Thanks to you, I can bake everything now and with the great taste I remember even from my childhood. Thank you! I am slowly trying to go through all of your recipes, but of course bread and bread rolls were the first I had to bake. I am sending the pictures of them. And then was this white bread, and because I have here „czech“ size of the baking pan, the bread is longer and slimer, but we don´t care, the taste is great. Oh, and I made the poppy seed roll yesterday, it was a great hit, but I was not fast enought to take a picture… 🙂 Thank you for all your recipes and funny videos. I wish you happy and healthy days from Seoul, ~ Jana Sulkova.”

LENORA MADE MY FASTER NO KNEAD BREAD
“Hi Jen,  I left a comment under Lenora Collins on your YouTube channel for the Faster No Knead Easy Bread. Honestly, I only had two cups of sad bread flour crumpled up in the original packaging just hanging around from a few months ago. I kind of had to guesstimate the other ingredients based on your recipe since I was using one cup less flour. You can read in my YouTube comment that I had absolutely no confidence or real idea what I was doing. I just tried to follow the recipe as close as possible. I think my mess ended up being so successful because I used your methodology and tools. Oh, except I didn’t have parchment paper, but there was no way I could’ve just plopped the dough on the surface of the 450 degree preheated Dutch oven, so I placed it on a square of aluminum foil placed at the bottom of the Dutch oven. Enclosed you can see how my “mess” turned out. No lie –  I was impressed with myself. Thank you for all of your efforts in testing these recipes so they turn out AMAZING every time.  Have a Happy New Year!!

~ I just made a loaf this morning and now I’m making croutons with it too. ~ jenny

DAVE MADE MY FASTER NO KNEAD BREAD
“Hi Jenny – thank you for the great recipe and video!  I absolutely love cooking, but artisan bread seemed so complicated.  I have recently decided to make a sourdough starter but didn’t want to wait for it to be ready, so I gave your recipe a try.  I followed your instructions and all was well.  The dough was definitely “looser” than I am used to working with, but I used my scraper and it was fine.  Check out my first loaf (good thing I took a quick picture, because it didn’t last long!).  Look at that wonderful crumb!  And the crust… oh. my. goodness. It was easy and fun, and I will be making this regularly (I hear someone cutting another piece of as I write this!). Thanks again, Dave.”

~ I have the same problem here – I turn my back on the bread and it’s gone! ~ jenny

VISHWAS MADE MY FALL-OFF-THE-BONE RIBS
“Jenny,  I came across your video when looking for ribs recipes and it left my mouth watering. I’m not much of a cook but I followed your instructions step by step and made the most delicious ribs I have ever tasted.  I used a little more chili and added a bit habanero which made it HOT .. just the way I love it. Here they are right after I took them out of the oven. Thank you!!”

~ You prove that even inexperienced cooks can make these ribs. Even with your adjustments, they turned out great. ~ jenny

JANE MADE MY SIMPLE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
